Chef Ludo Lefebvre recently celebrated 20 years of cooking in Los Angeles. He is one of the city’s most influential chefs, known for his inventive, refined cooking at Trois Mec, which was the first of his award-winning stripmall haunts. In 2015, LA Weekly named Ludo the Best Chef in LA. That same year, he opened his "bar a la carte" concept, Petit Trois, a James Beard finalist for Best New Restaurant. The highly anticipated second location of Petit Trois opened in Sherman Oaks last year. Trois Familia, his French-Mexican fusion concept, has topped many best new restaurant lists since opening in 2015. LudoBird serves fried chicken and now has premium locations at the STAPLES Center and Universal CityWalk. In December 2015, Ludo became a “knight” when he received the prestigious Chevalier de l’Ordre des Arts et des Lettres award from his home country of France. He was named one of the 50 Greatest Chefs in the World by Relais & Châteaux and was a James Beard finalist for Rising Star Chef. He was nominated for two James Beard Awards in 2017, Best Chef West and for his work on Mind of A Chef. Additionally, he received the prestigious Mobil 5 Star Award at two Los Angeles Restaurants, L’Orangerie and Bastide.

David Toutain April 24th Tickets available on April 12th At 20, David Toutain provokes luck and enters Arpège when Alain Passard turns to vegetables. He will become his sous-chef in just one year. Carte blanche, three years to tame vegetables and to assert their character. Then it is at Pierre Gagnaire and Bernard Pacaud at Ambroisie that he will continue his training. But it is alongside Marc Veyrat that he will live "an extraordinary experience" with a chef who speaks about him as his "spiritual son," a parenthesis in the mountains to taste and cook herbs, flowers ... Earth. The technique is acquired, but the tastes and the color of its cuisine are still embryonic. The time has come for David Toutain to open up to the world, to confront other cuisines. He chose to go to Spain (Mugaritz) then to New York (Corton). The arrival of his son in 2010 makes him want to return to France with the idea of opening a gastronomic counter. The Agapé Substance is in his image: an avant-garde restaurant, an atmosphere that is both modern and warm, a precise cuisine that features products of excellence. 2013 will be for David Toutain a year of trips, international meetings: "Omnivore Paris, Shanghai, Geneva", "Madrid Fusion," "Forum Gastronomica," and four-handed dinners with great French and foreign chefs: Meadowood in San Francisco, Atera in NYC, Kadeau, Copenhagen, Air du Temps in Belgium, Brooks in Melbourne, Jaan in Singapore, Ottawa in Japan. Since December 23, 2013, these moments, these experiences and these trips, David Toutain is happy to share them in the concept and the plates of his eponymous restaurant. In 2015, he acquired a first star in the Michelin Guide. In 2017, he was awarded 4 toques by the Gault & Millau guide and a Pudlowski Guide cook election of the year. In 2019, the Michelin Guide awarded him a second star, guaranteeing an exceptional cuisine.

Wetzel’s food brings you into an intimate relationship with the island landscape by delivering a presentation of Lummi Island to the table. He creates exquisite meals with a commitment to locally-sourced ingredients from the island and the ocean around it. Wetzel was named James Beard Rising Star Chef of the Year in 2014 and Best Chef Northwest in 2015. The Willows Inn was named Number One Restaurant in North America by OAD in 2019.

Iñaki Aizpitarte May 20th & 21st Tickets available on April 26th Although growing up in France, Iñaki Aizpitarte discovered cooking while in Israel. In his late twenties, he drifted from job to job and started in the restaurant business as a dishwasher which later led to him becoming a cook. Aizpitarte learned the art of cooking in various kitchens before opening the busiest bistro in Paris, Le Chateaurbriand. Aizpitarte is also the chef owner of Le Dauphin, a French tapas bar. Aizpitarte creates simple, finely executed dishes combining a variety of unlikely ingredients. As a young chef, he is not afraid to stray away from convention, shown by his restaurant, Le Chateaubriand, operating daily with no fixed menu. Aizpitarte loves to experiment with carious cooking trends and gives them his own unique twists, which has since led him to becoming a world renowned chef. His restaurant Le Chateaubriand was awarded one Michelin star in 2018.
