  • 1 cup Whole milk
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup AP Flour
  • 2 Apples
  • Powdered sugar

Apple Clafoutis

  1. Preheat the oven to 325.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until creamy.
  3. Whisk in the milk and vanilla. Then add the melted butter.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla and butter.
  5. Slowly pour the mixture into the flour, whisking the whole time until smooth and fully incorporated.
  6. Peel and cut the apples into chunks.
  7. Add the apples and bake for 35-40min until golden brown and puffed. Finish with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
